CHALLENGE - ACN needed to outsource kit fulfillment so they could stay focused on recruiting, retention and revenue.
SOLUTION - Established operations for ongoing kit assembly and shipment across Europe from the VideoPlus facility in Warsaw.
CHALLENGE - ACN desired a tool to help representatives recruit more effectively.
SOLUTION - Produced special European versions of Success from Home magazine, detailing ACN's message, products, opportunity and people, to give representatives a:
• Consistent, time-efficient message
• Straightforward, easy presentation method
• Simple way to relate to prospects
Launched the magazine to an eager European network in English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese.
CHALLENGE - ACN required a powerful multimedia tool to work in parallel with Success from Home magazine across their European markets.
SOLUTION - Created 11 different language- and market-specific recruitment DualDiscs featuring captivating testimonials of prominent distributors in each of their 11 European markets.
